Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Orange Park, FL is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members and oversee shift execution of Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins standards. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure a great guest experience.

The role emphasizes training support, cost controls, and adherence to safety, cleanliness, and brand guidelines. Previous supervisory experience in food service is preferred, with a friendly, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Fluent English reading and speaking required.
• Strong math and writing abilities.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talk employees into, through, and out of position on each shift, communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and recognizing achievements in a respectful manner.
• Deploy team members to meet guests' needs and service standards throughout shift.
• Support training of Crew Members as directed by General Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Communicate goals and hold team members accountable for performance during shift.
• Hold guests as highest priority and model exceptional guest service.
• Drive sense of urgency to satisfy guests' needs and resolve problems.
• Reinforce use of systems, tools, and procedures, correcting deficiencies as needed.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed during shift.
• Follow systems to control labor costs, food costs, and cash during shift.
• Ensure compliance with policies related to cleanliness, food safety, and safety during shift.
• Report equipment issues and discuss other restaurant opportunities with GM.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.
