Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach crew members on shift to meet standards and goals.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist training of crew members as directed by management.
• Communicate goals and hold team accountable during shifts.
• Ensure guests are served with exceptional service and a friendly attitude.
• Maintain labor, food costs, and cash controls during shifts.
• Enforce cleanliness, food safety, and safety policies.
• Report equipment issues and discuss opportunities with the GM.
• Follow restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
