Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with GM to deliver guest experience.
• Coach and develop team members through positive leadership.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Monitor labor, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Open and close the restaurant as needed.
