Jersey Mike's WOOD CROSS is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily restaurant operations and foster a positive atmosphere for both customers and team members. You will lead shifts, model outstanding service, and support training to ensure a high-quality Sub Above experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and maintaining standards in a fast-paced setting, with opportunities for growth within the restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and strong customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer gets a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh subs and follow Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach and motivate crew members; assist with training and onboarding.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe environment and monitor quality.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks; assist with inventory and rotation.
