Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to drive our team during shifts, coaching colleagues to uphold high standards and resolve customer concerns promptly. You will partner with management to support business initiatives in a fast-paced environment and take ownership to deliver results.

Key requirements include 1 year in restaurant/retail, 3 months shift lead preferred, 18+ years old, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to achieve Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with screening candidates and with Profit & Loss processes.
