RaceTrac is seeking a hands‑on Shift Manager to lead a fast‑paced team, handle daily store operations, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach teammates, manage food service, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail or food service, plus 1+ year leadership experience. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and obtain necessary permits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cheerful, can‑do shift team and provide clear direction.
• Coach team members in real‑time and offer guidance during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check‑in, and promotional communication.
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Lead shift change communication and maintain team alignment throughout the day.
