RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and cleanliness standards. You’ll drive store performance, coach associates, and model the RaceTrac Way on every shift.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail or food service, 1+ years of leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Provide direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time and provide guidance.
• Train and guide the team to meet service and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
