Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold store standards. You’ll coach associates, manage cash handling, inventory, and daily operations while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service and 1+ years of leadership. High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
