RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused team on your shift, setting a cheerful tone and guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling.

You’ll drive store performance, train colleagues, and mentor future leaders through hands-on development. Requires 2–3 years of retail or food-service experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory role, with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.
