RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and ensure outstanding guest service on every shift. You will train, direct, and support team members while managing inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.

Your leadership helps drive performance and develop future leaders. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail or food service, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
