RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a winning store team on your shift, setting a cheerful tone and guiding food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You’ll coach teammates in real-time, drive operational excellence, manage inventory and promos, and help develop future leaders in a fast-paced, people-first environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift.
• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train and guide your team to meet service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication.
• Lead shift change communication to keep the team aligned all day.
