The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment; knife skills a plus.
• Able to stand 8–9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Illinois applicants: must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks while giving feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Count drawers and balance cash handling.
• Prepare finished products efficiently.
• Uphold health and safety standards.
• Restock food line and supplies.
• Clean dining areas and kitchen; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
