RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, setting the tone for exceptional guest service and driving daily operations. You will coach teammates, assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling while modeling accountability on every shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast‑paced, high‑volume, guest‑focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Model a cheerful demeanor in all interactions with guests, teammates, and vendors.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling as needed.
• Coach team members in real time, offering guidance and support during shifts.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Train team members on policies and processes to RaceTrac standards.
• Manage inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation during shifts.
