Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on your scheduled shift. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, ensure food safety, manage inventory, and coach teammates to deliver great service.

Qualifications

2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
Strong communication and team building skills.
High School Diploma or GED is required or in progress.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a cheerful tone for the staff.
Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
Coach team members in real-time and offer guidance to improve performance.
Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Train and guide team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
Oversee inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
