Job summary

RaceTrac is hiring a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will set the tone, coach staff, handle cash and operations, and ensure cleanliness and accuracy during each shift.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in retail/food service and at least 1 year in leadership, with strong communication and team-building skills to grow with our company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
