Break Time in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to assist in the management and operations of our convenience store. You will help supervise shifts, support daily reporting, banking, inventory, and ensure clean, safe facilities while delivering friendly customer service.

This role emphasizes merchandising, teamwork, and using POS systems, with opportunities to train new staff and contribute to store goals.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and operate POS systems and banking tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory.
• Support merchandising and promotions; stock and price items.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence and train new employees.
• Use POS systems and handle cash, check math, and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
