Break Time is seeking a Shift Leader to assist with store management, supervision of shifts, and daily operations at our Missouri location. You will help with banking, inventory, and merchandising while training new staff and promoting food service and safety.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, leadership experience, and the ability to handle fast-paced duties with accuracy. Position requires flexible hours and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Friendly, customer service-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced work environment.
• Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service; greet and thank customers and support peak hours.
• Assist in daily store operations including reporting, banking, inventory, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
• Assist merchandising and promotions; stock, price, and present merchandise; support sales.
• Supervise shifts in the manager's absence; participate in training and policy enforcement; promote food service and safety.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, employees, and management.
• Understand store finances; monitor cash, inventory, and expenses; participate in audits.
