Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts when the manager is absent and train new employees
• Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors, and staff
• Understand store finances, manage cash shortages and audits, help meet sales targets
• Commit to store policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
• Operate POS systems and handle shift reporting and change calculations
