Boddie Noell Enterprises Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s locations. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards.

This role requires 1 year of shift management experience, the ability to pass a background check, and a valid driver’s license is preferred. You’ll work alongside a team in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
