Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and safety standards while supporting profitability and smooth operations.

Candidates should be 18+, have at least 1 year of shift management, pass background checks, and be reliable and team‑oriented. This role offers weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew member duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records based on company standards and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits; ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
• Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are recognized and enforced to provide a safe and compliant environment for all when in charge of the shift.
• Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management and represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally in every aspect of performance.
