Responsibilities

• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with duties.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
