Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to operate the Hardee’s location in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift, as needed, to discuss operations.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash handling including bank deposits; ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies are followed.
