The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, ability to pass state Food Safety, and excellent communication skills. Stand for long hours; lifting up to 50 lbs may be required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification within state requirements.
• Able to stand/walk 8–9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house standards and cash handling procedures.
• Prepare high-quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, etc.).
• Address customer complaints professionally.
