• You meet Food Safety requirements and must obtain a Food Safety Certification.

• You can work in a bustling kitchen environment and prefer knife skills as a bonus.
• You can manage allergens including peanuts, eggs, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood.
• You can stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• IL applicants: must obtain food safety certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently.
• Maintain health and safety and cleanliness standards.
• Restock food line, chips, and cooler.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, and utensils; manage trash.
• Operate cash register and balance cash handling.
• Address and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
