Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates to run great shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Ensure opening/closing/transition duties are completed without supervision.
• Maintain a fun, positive, respectful, and professional work environment.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service; empower Associates to keep customers happy.
• Promote sales by executing the marketing plan within the shift; manage line and uphold product standards.
• Count drawers and follow daily cash handling procedures; control costs on the shift.
