El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring top customer experiences and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory, safety, training, cash handling, and supporting team members to meet service goals. This role offers full- or part-time hours and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ year restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or pass EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures and security; manage setup, food prep, cleaning and inventory.
• Ensure customer service and speed metrics meet goals; uphold cleanliness and QSC standards.
• Assign tasks, monitor breaks, adjust staffing by sales and needs; monitor food production and seek Area Leader guidance.
