Job summary

Burger King in Utah is hiring an Hourly Shift Supervisor to lead a restaurant shift, driving sales, profitability, guest service and people performance under the guidance of the RGM and AM. You will manage a Team Members during your shift and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

Responsibilities include cash control, inventory, directing shift operations, and coaching staff to raise performance while maintaining brand standards and quality food for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and manage Team Members to meet profitability and service goals.
• Directly support RGM and AM in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure accurate, fast, friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Coach Team Members to raise performance and guest satisfaction.
• Set shift plan and drive operational results.
• Direct efficient preparation and sale of products for timely delivery.
• Review restaurant results and uphold brand standards.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary.
