Burger King is looking for an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts. You will ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met while coaching in the moment and solving problems quickly.

Under the direction of the RGM and AM, you will own shift execution and drive results through strong communication and attention to detail, leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Ability to coach and motivate during busy shifts.

Responsabilités

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by offering feedback and supporting development.
