Job summary

Burger King is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead Team Members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused, motivated, and accountable.

Working under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution and help drive results through strong communication, attention to detail, and leading by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by leading the team to provide fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate crew to maintain performance and accountability.
• Lead shift operations and execute the shift plan, upholding BK standards.
• Support profitability through cash controls, inventory awareness, and order checks.
