El Pollo Loco is seeking a Shift Leader in Torrance, CA to oversee restaurant operations during shifts and act as a lead in absence of management. You will ensure fast, friendly service, uphold QSC standards, and manage tasks from opening to closing, inventory, and cash handling.

You will train staff, monitor safety and cleanliness, and engage with guests to deliver an exceptional dining experience while supporting flexible scheduling and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and EPL SPECS standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts and cover for manager during absence.
• Ensure fast, friendly service and adherence to QSC standards.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling.
• Train team members on new products and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety per health codes and company policies.
• Engage with guests to provide a positive experience and resolve issues.
