Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on EPL SPECS positions or have 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience and pass the EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee opening and closing procedures, coordinate crew tasks, conduct inventory updates, and handle deliveries.
• Ensure customer service and speed targets meet company goals; maintain cleanliness and health code standards.
• Prioritize tasks, manage breaks and staffing based on sales, and adjust food production with Area Leader guidance.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
• Manage cash registers, deposits, and cash handling; ensure compliance with procedures during shifts.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to meet satisfaction targets.
