El Pollo Loco in Temecula is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts and to lead a team to deliver fast, friendly service. You will drive adherence to EPL standards, manage opening and closing tasks, and support the team with product knowledge and safety procedures.

Expect responsibilities in inventory, cash handling, and staff scheduling while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ year of restaurant supervisory experience.
• Must pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures including security.
• Ensure service speed and customer satisfaction meet standards.
• Train and support team on products and procedures.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and shift duties.
• Monitor staffing and food production during shifts.
• Greet customers and assist with orders.
