Responsibilities include labor control, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and cash procedures. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed during shifts.
