Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperation between management and crew.
• Conduct shift meetings to cover operations, promotions, safety and training.
• Control labor costs to meet company standards.
• Maintain inventory and records per company policies.
