You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. The position offers weekly pay, paid training, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Handle cash when in charge of a shift and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe environment.
