You will lead by example, ensure safety and cleanliness, and strive to meet profitability and operating standards while supporting a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferred: Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management directions.
• Lead shift meetings and coordinate operations procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and inventory to GAP standards.
• Ensure cash handling and reporting procedures are followed.
