Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s restaurants. You will supervise shifts, train crew, maintain quality, cleanliness and safety, and support management to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires at least 1 year of shift management experience, ability to lead a fast-paced team, pass background checks, and a positive, reliable attitude in a fast-food environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required by the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift, as needed, to discuss operations procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulatory requirements.
