Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee’s to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You’ll step in for the manager as needed and help drive profitability.

You will lead by example, manage labor, ensure cash procedures are followed, and promote safety while advancing through a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and safety.
