Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's location. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards.

This role requires 1 year of shift management experience, a cheerful, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to lead by example. We offer a supportive work environment with competitive pay and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift including bank deposits; ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures.
