You will lead by example, manage labor costs, handle cash procedures, and ensure safety and compliance while supporting guest satisfaction and profitability. Opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
