Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's brand. Train to operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM, lead shifts, ensure quality, service and cleanliness while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with staff.
• Assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct shift meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures and deposits are followed.
