Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring a highly skilled Restaurant Shift Leader for our West McKinney location in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on leading a fast-paced team, ensuring quality food, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Training and growth opportunities are offered as part of a supportive, fun, and dynamic shop culture. Expect a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in food service, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple stations while upholding cleanliness

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• At least 18 years old with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stations efficiently.
• Commitment to personal hygiene and professional appearance.
• Willingness to complete required food safety training.
• Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for periods of up to five hours.
• Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Oversee daily operations including food preparation, cash handling, and station management.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
• Handle customer orders, inquiries, and resolve complaints with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain excellent service quality.
