Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Must pass and maintain Food Safety Certification
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Enjoy problem-solving
• Stand/walk 8–9 hours; lift up to 50 lbs
• Illinois applicants must certify within 30 days

Responsibilities

• Lead team on shifts with task assignment and feedback
• Ensure security procedures are followed
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards
• Count drawers and handle daily cash
• Prepare quality finished products efficiently
• Comply with health and safety standards
• Restock food line and cooler
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms and utensils
• Operate cash register and balance cash
• Effectively handle customer complaints
• Other duties as assigned
