Job summary

Papa John’s Denver location is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service. You will help drive restaurant profitability by executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems while complying with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities include managing shifts, ensuring product quality, training team members, and maintaining safe, clean operations. Must be 18+, with availability for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance standards.
• Exhibits core values; maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct problems.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory per company guidelines.
