Qualifications

• Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
• Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision.
• Bilingual in certain markets.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring quality products and accurate reflection of customer orders.
• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain shift staffing, train team members, and coach for improved performance.
• Contribute to sales goals by providing prompt and friendly customer service and increasing check averages.
• Contribute to profit goals by following company guidelines, managing cash, and overseeing inventory and safety practices.
