Job summary

You will manage opening/closing, inventory, food prep, and cash handling, train staff on new products, and enforce safety, QSC, and quality. Flexible scheduling supports full- or part-time hours with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be certified on all EPL SPECS positions or pass EPL Food Safety Audit after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, including security protocols and coordinating crew tasks.
• Ensure customer service and speed of service metrics meet company goals and standards; uphold health code safety and QSC standards.
• Prioritize tasks, adjust shift staffing based on sales volume, and supervise food production with guidance from Area Leader.
• Train and support team members on new products and procedures.
