• Oversee opening/closing procedures, coordinate crew tasks, update inventory.
• Maintain service speed and customer satisfaction; uphold QSC and health code standards.
• Schedule and supervise shifts; enforce break policies and adjust staffing for volume.
• Train and support team on new products and procedures.
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift-level financial controls; audit cash drawers.
• Greet customers and assist with orders to ensure a friendly experience.
