RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone for guest experience, and drive daily performance. You’ll coach teammates, model excellent service, and empower others to deliver on‑brand standards.

This role covers food service, stocking, cash handling, and operations tasks while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and inventory control. You’ll collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth shift transitions and a consistent, welcoming store

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities
