Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude and provide clear direction.
• Drive operational excellence in guest service, food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and cash handling.
• Model communication and accountability; relay updates to shift associates and provide feedback.
