RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast‑paced, guest‑oriented team on the floor. You will set the tone, coach teammates in real time, and ensure food service, cleanliness, and store standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks without frequent breaks.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift by motivating the team, providing clear direction, assisting with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling, and coaching real-time performance.
• Drive Operational Excellence by training staff to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards; oversee inventory, vendor check-in, promotions, write-offs, and cash wrap.
• Model Communication & Accountability by relaying updates from leadership, monitoring tasks, and giving immediate feedback to drive results.
• Support a team culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork; step in during busy times to demonstrate leadership.
